Puppy! *shot*

Sort of a partner piece to my Kappa drawing. I'd like to do more 'standard' monsters with my own takes on them ^_^

So this is supposed to be a manticore. Head of a man, body of a lion, and tail of a scorpion is about what I remember its is 'supposed' to look like. ^_^

I did somehow forget how much wispy hair sucks to color. I forget every time, yet.... love it XD oh well.

Looks great! I'm loving the effect on his hair....it's really eye-catching. Is he supposed to have only one back leg or is the other one neatly tucked behind? Just curious...^^

It actually has two back legs, but yeah, i didn't pose it quuiiiite right. I didn't want its toes overlapping with its hand so it is a lot more hidden then I like. The darker tuft by his ankle is actually the back foot ^_^'

Its something I might go back and fix someday actually XD *now even more so*

Ah, I see! ^^ No worries, I was only curious. I know how irritating it is when that happens--the final product looks so good but you don't dare erase to fix a few things. *smiles* Great job on the whole.
