Description

I thought this fellow was a fun design, so i threw a bit of color on him. This was originally a rough design for a character in Jesse/Amartheo story, but I have a design i think works far better for him now and so yeah... unused this one goes ^_^ (and the character in J/A story is not a true necromancer type deal.. but I really didn't know what he would count as...) He will get uploaded sometime int he future as well ^_^
