Patreon Time

Hello!
First, I would like to make it clear I am not leaving DA. So please don't worry.
I have put off joining Patreon for years because I never knew quite how to approach it. I was tired of getting told to join platform after platform. Seeing that Patreon didn't go belly up or extra creepy over time I am more comfortable now. I didn't know how to offer you all things that were more fantastical or different then I offer here already, so it felt odd to do. My mistake was not realizing I could share what I love doing much better there, the actual process. Works in progress and sloppy photos of 'look at this thing I'm sculpting!' feel very out of place here and even upload in a different feed that goes very unnoticed. I do not get -any- payment from DA for uploading content and my supplies and time sadly are very much not free. While I quite appreciate having a place I can upload a wide range of work and can flag each piece as adult content or not, as opposed to my entire account, it only lets me show a fraction of the art I actually do make. I very much appreciate every watch, every favorite, and every thoughtful even if short comment I get. I genuinely do. I love seeing what people enjoyed and am often surprised.
What I am hoping to do with my Patreon overall is to bring more art to you all. A piece I might see as not good enough might turn into one you want to see finished over there, and that is very uplifting to find out. I enjoy sharing my works in progress and failed attempts at projects. And I have a lot of failed projects. DA is not the place to show that kind of thing well, and a half failed thing is still fun in my eyes. I am hoping over time it will allow me the freedom to produce more art and share what I am really working on with you all better. (or at least more casually)
As it is something new to me, there will be a few bumps along the road, but I'll figure it out sooner than later. I'm not shooting for the moon or anything with what I offer (I'd love to send out quick sketch postcards someday, won't lie), but I would welcome thoughts and suggestions should you have some. Just a very low key, relaxingly simple Patreon. Promise.

Opening up commissions.

Hello. I know I haven't been taking commissions for years but I am now finally able to again! I thought I'd offer this out there to see if anyone has been waiting or wanted to know. Please know the price covers requests with reference art. If you still want a slot and do not have reference art, please make that clear when you message me so we can discuss it.
I am opening spots for single character, simple background, full color (Can be greyscale if preferred) pieces. If you are looking for sketch work or something different then the examples, please let me know. I am not against multiple characters but it will be at a different price. These will be mostly digital. If you are wanting heavier pencil work we can discuss that.
If these fill up I will open more up when they are finished.
Examples:
$120 USD. Single character, simple background, color.

I do best with fantasy, monster, human, and animal art. You will be given a 300 dpi image of your piece as well as a 72 dpi one for online use. If you have any concerns over content please feel free to message me to ask.

Giving RedBubble a try

Hello,
RedBubble is a printing service. You can get bags, travels mugs, journals, and stickers and the like there. So thought I'd give them a try and let people actually purchase some of my art if they wanted. I've put up a mix of older and new pieces and hope to continue to add more. If you have had any luck with other printing sites and want to let me know, please shoot me a note.

A question of curiosity

I've been curious about what you enjoy seeing in my art. To be clear, this is not a 'please posts requests here' journal. I am genuinely not sure what you all enjoy seeing. I still plan to post all sorts of random sketches and whatnot, but figured it doesn't hurt to ask. Can be anything from pencil work to the content of pieces and beyond. I don't want to really guide any answers as I just would rather hear your thoughts! If you are not comfortable posting here please feel welcome to send me a note about it.

I hope everyone is doing well!
I see DA has made some... interesting changes, so give me a bit of time to figure out the new stuff. Thank you to everyone who has favorited, commented, or started to (and those who already do) watch me. I'm not sure if I'll be able to thank you each personally, but I do try. Thank you all very much.
